I went from a completely sedentary lifestyle 3 years ago to a very active one and have never looked back! I feel fitter, healthier and my confidence has improved dramatically - let me do the same for you!
Since then, I have gone from strength to strength with teaching fitness kickboxing classes to working in my local gym and now personal training....
I am a competitive kickboxer and instructor as well as a keen runner so you can be sure to have a workout tailored around you whether you fancy learning how to keep fit through kickboxing, boxing, running, aerobics or my specific weight loss workouts.
I have trained all ages from 5 to 65, helping people acheive their fitness and or weight goals, together we can achieve anything.
