Initial Consultation

In our initial consultation, we will discuss the reasons why you have decided to contact me and any goals you would like to achieve.  We will also discuss your exercise history and any obstacles you have encountered.  We will also figure out what timeframe you would like to acheive any goals in and how often you can manage to train.


First Session

Following our consultation I will plan a program you feel comfortable with based on your needs and requirements.

In this session, I also offer to do all girth measurements, bmi, fitness testing, weight, bodyfat percentage, blood pressure and heart rate.  Together we will work out an appropriate exercise regime for you to follow that is realistic to your lifestyle.
Throughout our sessions I offer supportive emails, texts and phonecalls to make sure you are staying focused! I will also look over your food diary and give guidance on where you could make changes if required.

But most importantly I offer fun sessions that are varied and guaranteed to achieve RESULTS!!!
